Stewart Mandel and SI.com has come up with 16 teams with a chance to win the National Championship. He only took teams with a 7-5 record last year or better. Then they tried to figure out which teams had the best combination of a veteran quarterback, experienced offensive and defensive lines, proven playmakers, and a favorable schedule (they left out coaching).
